Directum Solo app for iPhone and iPad
Directum Solo for iOS is an easy-to-use app created especially for high officials and top managers. No matter if you are offline and out of office – work with Directum RX or Directum on your iPad or your iPhone!
App Features:
• View documents, archives and email attachments
• Review documents by adding graphic and text comments
• View and sign documents, including formalized ones. If you use certificates issued by CryptoPro certification authority, you will need a license to use cryptographic protection software CryptoPro CSP 4.0 on one workplace
• Review incoming documents and pass resolutions on them
• Create action items or assignments and follow up their execution
• Receive up-to-date information about efficiency of company business processes, employees’ performance and workload by using widgets
• View the list of upcoming meetings and documents related to them, add materials, and monitor the execution of action items and assignments resulting from the meetings
• Work in several systems at the same time
An important advantage is that the app features are available even without an Internet connection (offline). You can read, review, approve, and sign documents, create and execute action items, assignments, or jobs. Your changes will be automatically synchronized once you get network access.
Directum Solo is specifically adapted for top managers working on their iPads or iPhones. The app is all about efficiency: you can pass a resolution in just a few steps.
To make it work:
1. Buy Directum Solo client licenses.
2. Install and configure NOMAD web service to connect to Directum RX or Directum.
3. Download and install Directum Solo on your iPad or iPhone.
4. If you use certificates issued by CryptoPro certification authority, acquire a license to use cryptographic protection software CryptoPro CSP 4.0 on one workplace.
Important: The app is available on iOS 13 or higher and supports Directum RX, Directum 5.6 – 5.8.
